The estate extends over 500 hectares of land and gives guests a chance to enjoy nature in its many forms: two water courses down the Arrone and Rasina rivers, the soft hills, slopes and wide valleys which the Borgo de Le Case and Il Castello di Frecco look out over. Enjoy a visit to our organic breeding areas or stroll the 40 km over the inside paths where you can "run into" wild animals such as porcupines, roe deer and deer, and enjoy the typical local flora and fauna. From the area you will be able to enjoy an incomparable view which, in a single glance, will charm you with views of the Schifanoia Gubbio and Casacastalda Perugia valleys.

Rooms

Hotel offers 50 rooms in three different farmhouses. Each is equipped with all the comforts of home and is elegantly furnished in full respect of the grand historical and artistic value of its surrounding area. The San Pietro "agriturismo", or farmholiday, is immersed in the grand Umbrian countryside in an 11th century medieval village. Entirely restructured, it consists of two elegant apartments of approximately 80-90 m2. The Country House Borgo Le Case, once rural houses found inside the estate, is made up of 10 apartments furnished with modern design and is ideal for families.

The crowning achievement of this complex is its restaurant, "La Muccheria". Its rooms, set up on two floors, offeran intimate and hospitable ambiance where guests can taste the superlative cooking of the Umbrian tradition, prepared with ingredients from our commercial and organic farms, products par excellence and of true, tested quality. A dreamy atmosphere, excellent service and large spaces offer the best there is for all those who wish to make their important celebrations special and unforgettable.

The Health Spa is set in the suggestive background of unspoilt nature in the Badia Val di Rasina, where you can enjoy treatments for both mind and body in an intimate, private atmosphere, making your stay at Le Terre del Verde truly memorable. Set over an area of 600 m2, our spa is equipped with a sauna, small pool with whirlpool, steam room, emotional shower, Vichy shower, Pedi spa, solarium, 5 massage cabins (ayurvedic, hot stone, thai yoga, shirodara and many others) revitalising facial and body treatments and a fitness area.
